Neptune NT provides services for personal care assistance, close personal protection, security of premises, drug and alcohol testing, aviation, K9, crowd control and Public Order Response Unit.

Meet The Team
Matthew Jacques
CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Matt joined the Royal Australian Navy in 2005. He has worked all over Australia and has been in many leadership and management roles spanning more than fifteen years. Matt’s main focus was border protection operations, where he conducted highly successful security operations whilst enlisted.
He is energetic and determined to deliver successful and transformational initiatives in the security industry through his extensive military operational understanding. Matthew is passionate about finding sustainable, efficient and cost-effective solutions to complex problems. This passion comes from a desire to make a fundamental change in the security industry through dedicated staff training and a people-first focus.
As Chief Executive Officer, Matthew is responsible for driving its systems and processes for continuous growth and ensuring a people-first focus remains a prosperous pillar of the organisation.
Matthew has a unique ability to deliver strategic programs and planning, project estimation, resource and stakeholder management, financial analysis, and policy setting.
Josh Bond
CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER & MANAGING DIRECTOR
Josh has extensive senior management experience in the security industry following an earlier career in the Royal Australian Navy, meaning Neptune is 100% veteran owned and operated. With his military background and Josh’s excellent ability to develop and deliver organisational growth through a strategic customer focus approach.
Committed to providing clients with the highest levels of customer satisfaction, Josh is clinical in offering tailored solutions for all clients. Josh has an excellent track record in managing the complex nature of new contracts and providing security and event staff at Major Events for local events across the Northern Territory.
Josh considers the people-first approach crucial to the success of Neptune, as well as to help the frontline workforce establish the requirements of each customer. He believes this to be the cornerstone of continued success and positive growth for the organisation and the client.
Management
Founder and CEO: Matthew Jacques has been in the security and personal protection industry for over fifteen years. Matthew has over fifteen years of experience in the Royal Australian Navy, focusing on border protection operations and security assignments.
COO & Managing Director: Joshua Bond has been in the security and personal protection industry for over fifteen years. Joshua is also a successful veteran of the Royal Australian Navy, with extensive experience in border protection operations and security assignments.
Staff Training and Qualifications
All Neptune NT staff have a Northern Territory individual security officer and crowd controller licence, all with compliant criminal history checks and first aid certificates.
Through Neptune Training Services, Neptune can effectively deliver the comprehensive training required for all security officers, including the upskilling of staff through extensive short courses.
Neptune NT has extensive staff with backgrounds in the military, police, correction officers and detention centre officers. This background brings discipline, keen observation, the anticipation of people’s behaviour, and close adherence to laws and procedures in carrying out their role.
Scope of Services
Neptune NT Pty Ltd is well placed to provide personal protection services, including as personal care assistants with clients of various physical and mental needs. Neptune NT staff are well qualified and trained, with a focus on looking after client needs.
Neptune NT management have considerable security industry experience and are responsive to the individual requirements of each client, through effective communication and tailoring of security solutions.
Neptune NT has staff to prepare risk assessments and Workplace Health and Safety plans for each assignment and location.

We have an ever-expanding staff of experienced Security Officers. Our Security Officers are allocated based on experience and your company requirements. All are fully inducted, trained and familiar with your requirements prior to commencement of your specific security detail.
