Course Delivery
Neptune Training Services works with Integrated Training Pty Ltd has the right to change or modify the date of the course at our discretion.
Conditions of Entry
All students must be able to meet a certain standard of English literacy and numeracy in order to complete the course. An English language aptitude test will be conducted before commencing the course to determine if the person is suitable to attend the course. Please note the aptitude test must be completed on site and needs to be completed by the person enrolling in the course not a friend or family member. CCTV is used to monitor the premises at all times.
Refund:
A refund can be granted prior to the course commencing by providing a notice period of seven working days prior to course commencement. If the student notifies Integrated Training within the appropriate period a full refund can be given, minus a $100 administration fee. Once the course has commenced there are no refunds permitted. Failure to attend the course will also result in the forfeit of the full fee. If the RTO fails to provide the agreed services the student will be entitled to a refund.
Non Attendance:
If a student fails to attend a course without notice as mentioned above the course fees will not be refunded or reallocated to another course. If the student would like to make up the days that they have missed they are subject to availability and subject to $100 each day missed. Integrated Training does take into account medical and compassionate absence. For medical absence a doctor’s certificate must be produced.
Code of Conduct:
Any behavior that is disruptive, anti-social, violent or otherwise unacceptable may result in a termination of the course. If a student is found plagiarizing work from another student this will also result in a termination of the course with no refunds.
Privacy/Student Records:
All records are completely confidential Neptune Training Services and Integrated Training does not have any authority to release any of the information you have provided us being from an enrolment form or Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL). Student records, including assessments can be used by integrated training for auditing and or moderation.
Attendance:
This course is a face to face course and requires 100% attendance. Missed days or late arrivals departures will result in the student being found ‘not yet competent’. If the student would like to make up the missed days this will occur an additional cost.
